The staff are accommodating and amazing.

My daughter contacted the hotel to tell them that she had left a gift card in her hotel room. It was the day before Mother's Day. We were staying at the hotel because she was graduating, we were from out of state. The hotel told my daughter that someone had turned the card in. I and my daughter thought they were so honest. I even wrote it in review right after my visit. The manager said they would mail it after checking the cost of postage. My daughter made two more calls. Well anyway. No card ever came. I am not happy about it. My daughter has since been dismissed about it. So much for honesty.

My son and his friends enjoyed the continental breakfast and the indoor swimming pool.

We had requested a connecting door to our two rooms as we were traveling with my son and his eleven-year-old friends to celebrate his birthday. Even though I booked the room over a month before our scheduled arrival, we were not given connecting rooms for our party. As a result, I was awake most of the night listening for their door to open and making sure that they were not too loud in their room. It would have been a more restful stay for myself and my husband and a lot less stressful had our requested accommodation on our reservation been honored for the connecting room. Otherwise we had a very nice day, the boys behave themselves and even got a compliment from the staff for being well-behaved and well-mannered. We would definitely return to this hotel again should we need overnight accommodations in this area.

Initially got there too early to check in; front desk person never got out of her chair and slouched the entire time telling me to come back 5 hours later; the breakfast was very sparse

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and nice.

When booking, I thought we were getting more room than what we did. I felt like the pictures online were misleading. Otherwise, the room was fine.

I had a surprisingly great stay! The breakfast bar had good quality food, and it was refreshing not to run out of options. The unexpected quirky bathroom with the toilet roll holder kept me entertained!

My grandson and i loved having our own queen-sized beds, made his day! The room was spacious, and the large shower was a plus. We appreciated its central location, close to various attractions. The fitness center and the indoor heated pool were fantastic too!

Location: the hotel was really close to stores and restaurants, restaurants and shopping and the airport. It also was in a great area at the edge of town on a major road that made it easy to get where you wanted to go.

We enjoyed the stay very much and everything was around us that we needed. We were there for my son to bowl and the bowling alley was just a few exits away. All was great

The hotel staff was genuinely welcoming and accommodating, and the room was impressively clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited, and I noticed some maintenance issues like a musty smell and dirty common areas. It was a pleasant stay despite these concerns.
